Office administrator Shirley Ziegler (pictured) said the tribute was a 4-H project that owner Pete Titley created for his 14-year-old daughter, Sarah. Each soldier's name is listed in addition to his or her ranking and date of birth. The information was taken from an armed forces site on the Internet. Titley, who served in the National Guard, also plans to continue flying the American flag at half-mast at Wolf's front entrance until all of the soldiers return home.
